Refund & Exchanges:
There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event terms are rain or shine. Lineup and set times subject to change without notice, do not constitute a refund.
Return Policy:
If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund.

Free onsite parking will be available for this event. Oversize vehicles (Box Trucks, Trailers, etc.) are not allowed in any event parking areas.

At Activated Events, the safety and well-being of attendees and staff is our top priority at every event we host. For this year’s Boots In The Park in Las Vegas, we have implemented comprehensive measures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
We are working closely with city officials, first responders, and our dedicated private security team to actively patrol both the venue and the surrounding areas. This year’s venue has been carefully selected to provide a secure environment, located away from the busier areas of the Las Vegas Strip and free from high-rise buildings.
For the safety of our patrons, all attendees will pass through metal detectors and will be subjected to bag checks upon entry and must adhere to our clear bag policy. Other measures will be in place as well.

Two-Day Event Wristband Policy
Important: Your wristband is your ticket for both days of the event. Please treat it with care.
- Replacement Fee: $50.00
- Replacement Conditions:
– Replacements are available for damaged or tampered wristbands.
– The replacement is for the original purchaser only.
– Proof of purchase is required.
– One replacement per wristband, per event - Wristband Guidelines (Strictly Enforced):
Do NOT remove your wristband between event days.
Do NOT stretch, tamper with, or otherwise alter your wristband.
Wristbands MUST be worn securely on the wrist and cannot be slipped on and off.
Tampering with the wristband will result in denied entry.
Ticket Sauce is the only official ticketing partner for Activated Events/Boots In The Park and are the only tickets that will scan at the front gate. Any tickets from unauthorized third-party sites will not scan at the front gate. Please be sure to have the original ticket purchased from Boots In The Park/Ticket Sauce. In the case of third-party purchases, you must contact the respective vendor (StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc.) for any questions or to resolve any issues.
Yes, Boots In The Park is fully ADA accessible. Please review accessibility information here. For special requests, please reach out to customerservice@activatedevents.com at least 14 days prior to the event.
This event is all ages. Children under 5 years of age receive free general admission access with the purchase of a parent or guardian ticket, regardless of the parent/guardian ticket type purchased.
You must be 21+ to consume alcohol. A valid, government issued ID will be required to consume alcohol.
